Apple iPhone 14 128GB Renewed: What to Know
Apple's own specification page lists the iPhone 14 with an A15 Bionic chip (6-core CPU, 5-core GPU), a 6.1-inch OLED display at 2532-by-1170 resolution (460 ppi), a dual rear camera system (12MP main at f/1.5 and 12MP ultra-wide at f/2.4 with a 120-degree field of view), a 12MP f/1.9 front camera, up to 20 hours of video playback, IP68 water resistance to 6 meters for 30 minutes, and 5G support (sub-6GHz and mmWave) with 4x4 MIMO. This ASIN is the 128GB configuration; Apple also offered 256GB and 512GB at original launch.
This listing is sold through Amazon's Renewed program, not as a new device. Renewed means the unit is inspected, functionally tested, and reset rather than factory-sealed, and it is priced accordingly below new-iPhone pricing.
Amazon's own Renewed program uses four condition grades. Premium units look and feel new, come with new OEM-style accessories, carry a battery rated above 90% of original capacity, and get a full one-year warranty. Excellent, Good, and Acceptable grades cover progressively more visible cosmetic wear, from a nearly flawless body down to scratches or light dents visible up close, but all three require a battery rated at least 80% of original capacity, full functional testing, and a 90-day warranty. This listing's title does not state which of the four grades is being sold, so confirm the exact condition grade on the current product page before buying.
For the three standard grades, Amazon's Renewed Guarantee provides a 30-day Amazon return window followed by an 11-month limited warranty serviced by Asurion covering defects in materials and workmanship, a combined 90 days of coverage. Premium-grade units get a full year of coverage instead. This is separate from Apple's own warranty, which generally does not carry over to a renewed unit purchased this way.
Because this is a used, reset device rather than new stock, expect a battery that has already been through charge cycles, though tested to meet the grade's minimum health threshold, included accessories that may differ from what an original new iPhone 14 shipped with, and cosmetic condition that varies by grade. None of Apple's specifications above change based on renewed condition; only battery health, cosmetic wear, accessories, and warranty length are affected by the Renewed grade.
This review combines Apple's official iPhone 14 specification page with Amazon's published Renewed program terms; TopFiveFind has not inspected this specific unit and cannot confirm its individual battery health or cosmetic grade.
