Product overview
Lasko 754200 Ceramic Heater: What to Know
The 754200 is a compact ceramic heater rated for up to about 100 square feet, with a self-regulating ceramic element, two heat settings plus a fan-only mode, and an adjustable thermostat offering 11 temperature settings via a top-mounted dial. Lasko's own product page lists it at 900W on low and 1,500W on high. It's fully assembled out of the box, includes a 6-foot cord and carry handle, and carries a 3-year limited warranty.
The 754200 is ETL listed and includes automatic overheat protection through a thermal overload cutoff, plus a cool-touch housing. What it does not include, based on Lasko's own instruction manual and third-party documentation, is a tip-over automatic shutoff switch, a feature Lasko does build into a very similarly numbered sibling, the 754201. For a category where the National Fire Protection Association specifically calls out tip-over risk as a leading cause of space-heater fires, that's a meaningful difference between two Lasko models that are easy to mix up by number alone.
Lasko doesn't publish an official decibel rating for this unit, so there's no independently sourced noise figure to cite here one way or the other.
