Product overview

EGO Power+ LM2156SP: What to Know

The LM2156SP sits in EGO's Select Cut XP line, which uses a 21-inch steel deck and EGO's Touch Drive variable-speed self-propel system — you set a target speed and the mower's rear wheels adjust to hold it, rather than you fighting a single fixed gear on turns and slopes.

This specific listing (SKU LM2156SP) ships with one 56V 10.0Ah battery and EGO's 700W Turbo Charger, which is the fast-charging option in EGO's lineup rather than the slower standard charger some competing bundles include. EGO also sells LM2156SP-2, a separate two-battery version of essentially the same mower, so double-check which SKU you're ordering if runtime on a single charge matters more to you than price.

EGO's Select Cut deck lets you switch between three cutting modes (mulching, bagging, side discharge) without tools, and the mower folds down for storage, which matters more than it sounds like once you own one and need to fit it in a garage corner or shed. EGO's 56V ARC Lithium batteries are also shared across its broader outdoor tool lineup, so if you already own an EGO trimmer or blower, this mower's battery may already be compatible with chargers you own.
