APC SurgeArrest P11U2: What to Know
Per the listing's own feature bullets, the APC SurgeArrest P11U2 is an 11-outlet surge protector power strip with a 2,880-joule rating and two USB charging ports rated at 2.4A shared. The flat-end 90-degree plug is designed to save space at the wall, and the cord is listed at 6 feet in the bullets even though the product title says 8 feet - a discrepancy worth noting if cord length matters to you.
The listing also states L-N 400V, L-G 500V and N-G 500V protection ratings, which are the let-through voltage figures APC publishes for this model. Those numbers describe how much voltage the unit lets through during a surge event; lower is generally better, but we did not independently verify them.
APC backs this unit with a lifetime warranty and a $250,000 connected-equipment protection policy, per the listing. That's the most generous equipment guarantee in this group, though it comes with terms you'd need to read on APC's site.
