01Map the bottle mix
Standard 750-millilitre Bordeaux bottles are the usual capacity baseline. Champagne, Burgundy, tall, wide-shouldered, magnum, and irregular bottles can reduce capacity or require shelves to be moved or removed.
02Choose the cooling type
